Being a manufacturer and protecting the earth don’t seem to have much in 
common, but we connect them by performing everyday actions that have positive impact on the environment:
- Digitize the office process : turned off the fax machine, xerox and the printer. Ironically some of brand names send auditors to see if we are compliant with their “regulations”, and the auditors reject any documents which is not recorded on paper.
- Neighbor labor : 95% more of our employees come from the nearby villages with just a few minutes walks. We don’t hire workers from remote area to save our wage cost, in return our neighbors save our cost on the meals, the dorms and the traffic that contribute the protection to the environment.
- Flexible working hours : that’s the bonus to have your neighbors working with you. They save the time waste on traffic, reward you with the flexibility on the working hours and great efficiency. Great savings on utilities is another plus.
- Study on recycled / eco-friendly material : every year we spend a lot on the research of the application of recycled material and eco-friendly replacement.
